- Use of the venue Four (4) hours with air conditioning system
- Six (6) hours Ingress and Two (2) hour Egress
- Use of the VIP room good for Four (4) hours
- Use of Basic Sound System
- Use of Stage and Podium
- Use of Courtyard for cocktails
- Use of Parking Facilitie
- Use of Kitchen Area (For the caterers)
- Security, Engineering and Maintenance Staff Support
FREEBIES:
- Cake (one layered) OR Give away (cake in can – 6pcs) by Marta’s Cakes
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Reservation Fee / On-the spot booking fee – Php 30,000 (Non-Refundable)
- Second Payment one month after confirmation
- Full payment one month before the event date
- Security Deposit – PHP 20,000 on the day of the event (Refundable)
